yum install fedora-icon-theme (as root)
gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface icon-theme Fedora
Get the windows buttons back
gconftool-2 -s -t string /desktop/gnome/shell/windows/button_layout "menu:minimize,maximize,close"
gsettings list-keys org.gnome.desktop.interface
Will list other options to play with, like font-name there is setting the default font & size
After perusing those keys and values, I have come to see GNOME3 in a different light. Underneath lies some potential, hidden from the noobs. Some documentation and extra UIs are needed to ease the task of a Fedora Ambassador, otherwise, the fuss is on Gnome3 is very empty.
